The administrator of personal data is Tangent Line sp.z o.o. ASI SKA (hereinafter referred to as „Tangent Line”) with its registered office in Warsaw (00-220), ul. Rajc\u00f3w 25, office@tangentline.ventures. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 point a) and point b) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46 \/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation).<\/p>\n

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the analysis of your application.<\/p>\n

You have the right to: access your data and rectify it, delete it, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing.<\/p>\n

The data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.<\/p>\n

The personal data provided may be made available by Tangent Line to entities authorized to obtain this information on the basis of: a) Framework Investment Agreement to PFR Open Innovation FIZAN as a Public Investor; b) Tangent Line sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw on the basis of the Management Agreement; c) contracts for the service of Tangent Line, i.e. the Estelligence accounting and payroll office and the administrator of the Streak CRM system. The provided personal data will not be made available or transferred to a third country \/ international organization.<\/p>\n

The personal data provided will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the appropriate purpose of processing described above, and after the completion of this purpose, they will be stored to the extent necessary for the period required to perform the obligations provided for by law and protect against claims.<\/p>\n
