Aleksander is a Managing Partner at TangentLine Ventures. He combines over 10 years of investment experience in technology companies and startup acceleration programs following with his previous experience as a tech entrepreneur and international consultant.
Previously he was responsible for the investments at StarFinder Seed Fund, worked at SVP, Polish – Israeli VC fund Giza Polish Ventures, and Black Lion Assets Management. Aleksander was a volunteer at StartupHub Poland foundation, which aim was to develop a startup ecosystem in Poland and promotion of Poland as a startup-friendly place. Aleksander gained entrepreneurial experience running a number of innovative startups, which attracted financing from Polish and US investors. He also worked for the international auditing company EY.

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and gained a double master’s degree in Management and International Relations as well as gained post-graduate degree from Kozminski University in Corporate Valuations.

Aleksander was born in Ukraine and he has connections with Polish as well as Ukrainian networks of entrepreneurs. He speaks Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and English. He has two children. In his free time, Aleksander travels a lot, enjoys hiking in the mountains, and reads a lot about the business, economy, and history.
