Sustainability - Transparency of sustainability risk strategies
The primary purpose of the statement is to provide investors with information about the financial products made available by financial market participants and to facilitate knowledge of the activities undertaken by financial market participants in the field of sustainable development.
Within the meaning of the SFDR Regulation, Tangent Line sp. z o.o. is qualified as a financial market participant, and the alternative investment company managed by Tangent Line sp. z o.o. ASI SKA is a financial product.
Tangent Line sp. z o. o. ASI SKA has not yet adopted a strategy for introducing the assessment of sustainable development risks in the investment decision-making process into its investment activities.
The manager does not anticipate the occurrence of sustainable development risks in the investment process and does not take into account the main adverse effects of investment decisions on sustainable development factors. This is related to the business profile, i.e. carrying out capital investments in projects characterized by technological or product innovation in selected sectors of the economy, without taking into account the risks to sustainable development. In the event of a change in the assumptions of the business of Tangent Line sp. z o. o. ASI SKA will consider taking such adverse effects into account.
